Alexandre Chary is a French interior and furniture designer based in Shanghai.He has beenworking for the last 16 years in the design industry.At first,he learned his trade through Lighting fixtures projects for designers such as Andree Puttman,Jacques Garcia,Jacques Grange,Sybille de Margerie,Patrick Jouin.

Since 2008,he has expanded his palette by working on interiors for hospitality,residential and commercial projects.He is also the designer of the Dynaming furniture collection,a modern take on the traditional Chinese craftsmanship that serves as a canvas for this encounter between the Chinese DNA and the organic dynamic characteristics of Alexandre Chary's design identity.

Multifunction stool that serves as a tea ceremony set,a side table and a storage unit.This piece is inspired by a 3 pieces joint called xie ding sun (楔钉榫)This joint is made of 2 imbricated pieces with a key holding them together.The center axis of the stool that has a push pull system work as the key between the base and the interchangeable top.
